Terms of service.

You agree to use Rosène for lawful purposes only and not to interfere with the site’s operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

We work to describe pieces — materials, fit, origin — as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly across screens. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

Orders are processed via Shopify. Placing an order constitutes an offer, which we accept by shipping the piece. We may decline orders that fail fraud screening, that we are unable to fulfil, or that violate these terms.

Shipping windows, packaging and our return policy are described on the Shipping & Returns page and are incorporated by reference into these terms.

All site content — including the Rosène name, logo, photography, copy and design — is owned by Rosène or its partners and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosène is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or pieces purchased through it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rosène is established. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer law gives you a different right.
